The girls track and field team came away with medals yet again from the New England Track and Field Championships.  Sophomore Mia Toffoli placed 4th in the 600m, running a personal best time of 1:35.08 (second all-time).  She is now 17th in the United States in the event.  The 4x400 squad of Adrienne Pascucci, Toffoli, Emma Larson and Phoebe Hopkins closed the season with an amazing 3rd place finish.  The squad ran a new school record of 3:59.65 and is now ranked 29th in the country.

Also, earlier this week, the Republican wrote a feature story on Mia Toffoli which is available here.

EDIT:  Video of the New England Races is now posted online.
