This Friday, July 30, there will be a hot dog sale for NHS Athletics from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM at the Wal-Mart in Northampton.


You can get a hod dog, drink, and chips all for $5.00.  All proceeds will go to Northampton Athletics.

[UPDATE 7/30] The fundraiser scheduled for today has been postponed.  I will let you know when it is rescheduled.

The lifting and conditioning clinic will be held this week.  All Northampton High School athletes must attend a clinic before being allowed to use the weight room this year (per Mr. Miller).  The boys will go on Monday, July 19 from 6-7:30 PM and the girls are Thursday, July 22 from 6-7:30 PM.  If you cannot attend one of these sessions, we will have more times scheduled in August.

On another note, congratulations to the winners of the Mass Dash, the Dirty Dozen.  The team featured Coach Ross Krause and his wife Ashley as well as current Northampton athletes Sam "Moose" Coates-Finke, Harrison Hunter, and Alex Sullivan.  Great job everyone!
